Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, delivering accurate and helpful information.
• Administrative tasks for piano technicians, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Provide customer service to walk-in clients, and handle cashiering duties.
• Proactively follow up with relevant departments on billing matters to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
• Manage spare parts inventory efficiently, ensuring timely ordering and precise tracking to maintain seamless operations.
• Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management, to support the smooth operation of the customer service department.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in parts management within the music instrument industry.
• Proficient computing skills and familiarity with relevant software and systems.
• Knowledge of musical instruments is highly desirable, enhancing your ability to provide expert support.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Role

• Achievement of school enrolment and store revenue budget of music school (branch)
• Teachers’ management and administration (more than 50 teachers full and part-time)
• Activity planning including trial lessons, open house, performances, PTMS, students’ orientation etc
• Studio and facilities management

Secondary Role

• Work with respective product managers to ensure branding, A&P and sales activities.
• Supervision in provision of quality customer service through training and coaching of staff and engaging.
• CRM Management – Reviewing of leads generation and follow-up prospecting for customer.
• Plan, manage and organize area market events and activities in-store
• Manage and oversee store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels for display and sale.
• Overseeing proper cash register management and administrative matters and documentation processes with relevant department
• Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma graduate preferred
2. Experience in similar or service related industry preferred (enrichment centers)
3. Retail sales experience is not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Role

• Assist the Store Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Plaza Singapura branch.
• Oversee daily sales payment collections, always ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and monitor Part-Time cashiers in managing payments and other cash-related transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries through in-store interactions, email, phone calls, or messaging platforms, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels within the store and ensure accurate product tagging, pricing, and descriptions.
• Uphold the highest standards in visual merchandising by maintaining and presenting display products to a high standard.

Secondary Role

• Support cross-functional cashiering or sales duties at Plaza Singapura, Music Square store when needed.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Store Leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level & above
• 2 to 3 years of retail working experience
• Possess knowledge of Guitars, Drums or Keyboard products.
