• Provide general administrative support such as data entry, paperwork, filing, recording of sales/purchases
• Liaise with sub-contractors & suppliers to get costs
• Keep track of consumables stock & equipments and do checks regularly
• Admin duties and general data entry
• Attend to telephone calls, email and walk-inenquires
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
• Must be able to work night shift and split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

5. Maintain computer and manual filing systems
6. Prepare and monitor invoices

14. Required to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
