Responsibilities:

• Clerical support to Contracts Department.
• Admin duties to Contracts Department.
• Prepare sub-contract document/agreement, purchase order.
• Manage and control sub-contract document/agreement, ensuring timeliness and completeness of document records.
• Review sub-contract document/agreement under the guidance of Contracts Manager.
• Maintain filing system of the Contracts Department.
• Admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• 5 days work-week.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/GCE ‘N’ and ‘O’ Level.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills and meticulous.
• Willing to learn and a good team player.
• Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
• Good understanding of the products and producing content in line with the brand’s standards
• Ability to generate and present competitor analysis and reports
• Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure completion of all work within the timeline and budget
