Job Description:

· Support the Centre Supervisor and Executive in the day-to-day execution of activities /related tasks at the Active Ageing Centres.

· Engage elderly residents in the community and encourage them to participate in activities which the Active Ageing Centre organizes.

· Organize social activities and outings for the community at the designated Active Ageing Centre.

· Co-plan and support integrated home-based or offsite programs/activities extended from the Centre and fulfill at least four of the five domains recommended by the regulatory agency, AIC (Physical; Cognitive; Social, Volunteerism, Learning).

· Engage and support volunteers for programs and activities.

· Source for suitable locations for the conduct of activities and programs.

· Deliver a high level of customer service and engagement with seniors and community partners.

· Attend to phone calls to Centre hotline and walk-ins when Admin Assistant is away.

· Support targeted outreach and contact seniors within the Centre’s service cluster at least once annually.

· Collect and compiling data for KPI Submission on a weekly or monthly basis.

· Attend to any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

· Minimum “O” Level qualifications

· Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in an eldercare setting or befriending and buddying services [or volunteering services]

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Possesses a passionate and sincere disposition to plan activities and outreach to active and frail seniors

· Be able to work in the evening and on weekends when necessary/required

Join as an Insurance Operations Executive. In this role, you will assist the Insurance Operations Manager in managing both motor and general insurance administration tasks. You will liaise with insurance companies, manage quotations, and handle insurance sales for both new and existing customers. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative duties related to motor and general insurance.
• Liaise with insurance companies and customers to manage new/renewal insurance quotations.
• Handle motor insurance sales and renewals with the company’s existing customer database.
• Ensure the proper processing of insurance documentation and sales coordination.
• Uphold ethical practices in all business transactions and ensure that company and customer needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Gather sales forecasts from Account Managers during the weekly Sales Meetings.

• Assist with sales inquiries and forward them to the designated Account Manager.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Prepare reports on sales statistics and present them to vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors for sponsorships, ensuring successful event execution and that all KPIs are met.
• Optimize and enhance the company website, update content, maintain the company’s social media presence, and collaborate with Digital Marketing on monthly SEO traffic and engagement reports.
• Drive lead generation and address potential leads.
• Manage claims for the marketing co-op fund and administer vendor product rebates.
• Ensure the renewal of product reseller partnerships is properly managed.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in business or marketing
• Min 2 years of experience in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry
• Motivated and good in communication
