1. Receive visitors (guests, vendors/suppliers, contractors etc.).

2. Daily opening of letterbox

3. Daily sorting and distribution of incoming mails.

4. Sending of daily mails and registered mail to post office

5. Arranging of local/overseas courier services and preparing documents.

6. Sorting of Procurement documents

7. Preparing of Procurement purchasing documents

8. Arranging & receiving of daily delivery

9. Manage office supplies (stationery and pantry supplies)

10. Sourcing

11. Managing Purchasing and inventory in BC

Job Description:

• Maintain full sets of Accounts and perform month-end account closing activities and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Handle AP / AR duties.
• Handle Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and corporate secretary for statutory audit, tax and other requirements.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• 3 years' relevant experience in the related field.
• Hands-on, independent and meticulous individual.
• Team player, good interpersonal & communication skills.
• 5 days work / week
