• Acquire new customers by canvassing and approaching
• Ability to prospect and manage managerial level relationships within small to medium size organizations (Hawker to Resturants)
• Achieve and exceed weekly sales call targets set by company
• Maintaining good relationship with new/existing customers
• Provide product advice, information on company products and services to new/existing customers.
• Responsible for sales acquisition to meet company’s revenue targets.
• Responsible for promoting payment services to both retailers and organizations to meet the company’s goals and sales target.
• Perform general administrative/co-ordination duties as needed by management.

Accounts

Manage day-to-day operation of invoicing and AP & AR function

File GST quarterly

Bank reconciliation

Monthly reconciliation on the customer aging and billing between accounting system and order management desk system

Monthly intercompany billing

Ensure company projects within the ROI

Other AH Hoc as required

HR

Prepare and submit employee' related claims

Update employees; timesheet daily and reconcile with the GPS Tracker and schedules

Update employees; KPI

Other AH Hoc as required

Requirements:

Diploma or related qualifications in Accounting

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

Good knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations

Self-starter, responsible and able to work independently

Bilingual with English & Chinese
