• Assist in year-end audit and the preparation of audit schedules, including liaising with auditors and tax agents as required
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years’ full set accounts experience
• Education qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
• Meticulous with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working as an Independent Accountant for the company
• Able to speak in Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts

Our client is a reputable developer in Singapore and has various developments in different parts of the globe. They are currently looking for an Administrative Executive to provide administrative support at one of their developments.

Job Details

• Attend to tenants’ enquiries/feedback/complaints and requests for repairs, and put up recommendation.
• To provide administrative support for the on-site residential operations team.
• Ensuring all tenants' requests are meticulously recorded for timely follow-up actions to be carried out.
• Respond promptly to tenants and maintain good relationships with tenants at all times.
• Prepare handover kits (keys, accessories, inventory lists, etc), and handle all pre-handover inspections.
• Assist with checking of apartments thoroughly to ensure all defects are captured and make recommendation for rectification.
• Manage the apartments’ inventory lists.
• Liaise with contractors, and service providers to ensure that all tenancy works are completed in a timely fashion at the specified standards.
• Attend and conduct all check-in sessions in a professional manner.
• Assist to facilitate the Tenants’ moving in and out of the apartments.
• Provide any other admin support whenever required.
• 2 Years Contract

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O level qualification
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
