Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium (APODDC) was formed to foster education and collaboration between key stakeholders of cancer drug development within the Asia Pacific region, thereby improving treatment access to patients. APODDC drives regional activities in collaboration with institutions in the region and industry partners.

ATORG and APODDC operate centrally under the Clinical Trials and Epidemiological Sciences (CTE) division in National Cancer Centre Singapore.

The Senior / Executive will mainly organise events for ATORG and APODDC . The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Assistant/Senior/ Manager/Assistant Director and Executives of the Institute in the day-to-day operations, as well as planning and implementing PGAHI’s initiatives and programmes.

General job duties:

• Provide administrative support in the Institute’s routine operations in areas such as inventory (including stock taking and purchasing), venue bookings, etc.

• Provide administrative and logistic support, eg. major events and initiative.

• Coordinate appropriate record keeping of training information and statistics as well as the maintenance and updating the Institute’s databases

• Undertake greater responsibility of providing key administrative support in the institute’s operations

• Assume key roles in the planning and implementation of events/projects/initiatives
