Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Update inventory records
• Purchase supplies according to approved specifications
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of suppliers
• Coordinate with outlets on stock supplies and demands, ensure timely delivery to outlets.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Ensure quality control following the Company’s policies and standard protocols of supply chain management
• Coordinate well with Procurement and Logistics Team

Job Description:
Assist the Assistant Manager(s) and the Director to execute and manage the National HIV Programme.

• Provide secretariat support to the National HIV Programme committees and other relevant committees, including taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting agenda and presentation materials, scheduling and others.
• Assist to monitor Key Performance Indicators and HIV Programme budget of Enhanced HIV Programme to ensure good stewardship of funds.
• Execute HIV education campaigns and events. Work closely with the different units, the community/ partner engagement teams on promoting such campaigns and events.
• Assist with the updating and maintenance of the social media and National HIV Programme webpage
• Assist in new projects and research studies (if any) undertaken by the National HIV Programme.
• Provide overall administrative and logistical support to the National HIV Programme, as assigned.

GENERAL

• Undertake ad hoc assignments
• Tap on the available resources, information platforms to interpret work assignments
• Undertake team bonding opportunities to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform any other HIV programme-related duties as requested by the Director/ Deputy Director, NHIVP.
