Job Duties:

• Perform general personal & secretarial duties
• Attend to queries via calls and handling courier services and mails
• Oversee all administrative tasks such as office maintenance, stationary requisition and managing office assets list
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and other relevant departments

Job Description:

• Plan class and examination schedules together with programme managers.
• Prepare examination attendance lists, seating plans and other exam related logistic matters.
• Allocate invigilators and patrolling officers during the examination period.
• Plan referral examination schedules and its referral fee related matters.
• Compile all examination results.
• Track students' result progression status.
• Administer and compile results for course, trainer and training resources related evaluations and surveys.
• Handle exam related student enquiries.
• Handle validation of student graduation, issuance of transcripts and certificates.
• Undertake training in all areas of Resource Planning and Assessment operations if required.
• Assist in the audit required by the Planning and Compliance Department.
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

Responsibilities :-

• Negotiate effective pricing & service levels with all suppliers to achieve savings at every point of purchase for all Bank’s IT-related devices;
• Establish robust supplier base and supplies inventory to mitigate risks of servicing gaps arising from Non-stock and delays in vendor deliveries;
• Conduct fair and transparent sourcing and selection of IT Vendors for Common and Standardized services and supplies (Those not under RFP);
• Effective Vendor Management;
• Asset Management.

Requirements :

• Degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in IT sourcing/requisition, vendor negotiations & contract management;
• Excellent business acumen and effective contract negotiation skills;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Service-oriented team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Positive work attitude and compliant to organization policies:
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
