It can be challenging to study such substances directly in human subjects, while animal models lack direct translatability to humans due to inherent differences in species biology. One promising strategy is the use of physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modelling to predict the local tissue and systemic exposure of these substances. We have developed in-house in vitro and in silico tools to model chemical absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) in humans using data generated from in vitro assays. We apply these tools to predict pharmacokinetic profiles in different settings, ranging from oral or transdermal administration to studying special populations such as pregnant women, for a variety of substances including pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, environmental contaminants, essential micronutrients and microbial metabolites. These capabilities are further enhanced with state-of-the-art, enabling technologies such as the SHIME® intestinal digestion simulator and spatial mass spectrometry imaging.

The candidate in this position will be expected to be involved in the following activities:

• Literature search to extract relevant ADME data for chemicals of interest
• Perform in vitro absorption, transporter, metabolism, fraction unbound and other related ADME assays
• Quantify membrane protein, metabolic enzyme and xenobiotic concentrations within biological samples using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) instruments

Job Description:

· To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations and safety requirements.

· To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.

· To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, and other Consultants employed by Developer.

· To attend Main contractor’s daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, and prepare report of observation and follow up on the rectification.

· To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance.

· To familiarize with the risks and control measures related to each work activity.

· To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.

Requirement:

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor

· Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and have been practicing as WSHO for at least 5 years

· Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

· Good communication skills and team player

· Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government

· Class 3 Qualified Driving License

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to Project & Safety team on the environmental control / enforcement in relation to environmental / health being impact.
• Responsible for Environmental Management System and Environmental Impact Aspect assessment of the worksite / workplace.
• Conduct site environmental inspection and ensure effective implementation and continual improvement on all environmental matters.
• Advisory and assistance to the occupier / client / managers or other person in charge of the worksite / workplace on environmental health problems and recommend remedies to establish a healthy working environment.
• Oversee the provision, installation & maintenance of noise control procedures (e.g. Noise Meter, Noise Barriers etc) at site vicinity and monitoring of construction works noise to ensure it does not exceed the permissible noise levels throughout various stages of construction phases
• In-Charge to liaise sub-contractors and service providers of the project such as vector control, environmental impact assessment from its work activities etc.
• Liaising with National Environment Agency & Public Utilities Board (PUB) on environmental issues and other statutory requirements of compliance by sites
• Maintainance on codes of practice & environmental literature and circulates information to each level of employees
• Controller & Tracker of Project Consumption & wastages such as Concrete, Rebars and other Construction Waste.
• Regular Rectification and enforcement of environmental lapses in the project and rectification works

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years’ relevant experience & in the Construction Industry
• Must possess Environmental Control Officer Certificate and registered with National Environmental Agency (NEA)
• Must be Registered Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO)

Job description

Accounts Executive - Freight Forwarding

This position will support the company’s accounting services to provide proper recording and processing of financial transactions. Work closely with clients to ensure proper expense recording, processing and timely clearing of aged accounts. Provide continual effort in identifying areas of improvements to refine financial processes to enhance end to end functionalities by ways of automation. Timely and accurate preparation of financial closing. This person will report directly to the Accounts Manager.

Key accountability include the following but not limited to:

● Tracking and reporting freight status through the cargo wise systems

● Issuing and recording of tax invoices

● Ensure timely, accurate month-end and financial reporting

● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and perform credit control

● Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

● Compute taxes and prepare annual tax returns and GST filing

● Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes

Requirements:

● At least 1 – 2 years relevant working experience in freight forwarding industry

● Minimum 1 year of working experience as accounts executive

● Experience in using cargo wise system

● Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and/or Xero Accounting

● Demonstrate intermediate skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

● Time management and organizational skills

● Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization

● Ability to work independently

● Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Handle customers’ queries (via telephone/email) escalated from Call Centre
• Handle queries from walk-in customers
• Handle first-level troubleshooting about the Internet e-services
• Escalating complex queries for superior’s intervention
• Engaging customers in change management campaigns
• Suggest improvements arising from feedback or interaction with the customers
• Submit daily reports promptly

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage
