• Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferably with least 5 years’ Finance & Cost accounting experience.
• Candidate with audit experience will be added advantage.
• Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint is an added advantage.
• Must have Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur & RPA a good advantage.
• Work with external and internal auditors and tax agents etc.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including product launches, corporate conferences, trade shows, promotional activities etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging promotional materials, both digital and print, to attract and captivate the target audience.
• Provide post-event reports, including key performance indicators, attendee feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals without compromising on quality.
• Identify and engage potential event sponsors and partners to enhance the overall event experience and generate additional revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to foster collaboration and support.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience planning and executing marketing event campaigns .
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
