i) Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am to 6 pm

Scope of Services:

1) Conduct supervision of the testing works on existing building, in accordance to the test specifications, approved method statement and SO Rep instructions

2) Ensure reinstatement works are in compliance with approved methods and procedures, and to achieve good workmanship

3) Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe and proper manner

4) Ensure good housekeeping carried out on Site at all times

5) Assist in enforcing the Safety Requirements and ensure Contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the Site

6) Witness the hardened concrete testing conducted at the Contractor’s laboratory

7) Monitor and submit progress report based on Contractor’s planned schedule and attend monthly progress meeting

8) Ensure all documents, progress reports, photographs, test results and records etc are submitted on time as instructed by SO Rep

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

i) At least 3 years relevant working experience in the building construction industry

ii) Accredited as RTO with JAC of the IES and ACES

iii) To possess and demonstrate a track record of being Team Players (not restricted or limited to their individual discipline) with an ability to contribute to the Team and deliver on the Project

iv) Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

v) Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with residents and town councils

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential sponsors/exhibitors.
• Create persuasive sponsorship/Exhibition proposals tailored to each prospect.
• Communicate effectively with prospects, addressing queries and concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with sponsors.
• Plan onboarding activities of new sponsors.
• Prepare and manage sponsor contracts and agreements.
• Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential partners.
• Maintain accurate records of sponsor/exhibitor communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams for seamless execution.
• Provide regular sales progress and reports on sponsorship/exhibition progress.
• Analyse sponsorship portfolio for gaps in coverage based on the organisation's sponsorship strategies
• Conduct market research to identify industry and market trends pertaining to sponsorships
• Attend relevant industry events to network and seek potential sponsors.
• Collaborate with the booth sales team for a seamless exhibitor experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and sponsors

• Interest in and understanding of the adult entertainment and sexual wellness industry.
• Previous experience in sales or event planning is a plus.
• At least 1 years of experience in sponsorship sales or business development

Duration:

The internship duration is a minimum of 3 - 6 months.

WSH Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents;
• Implementation of workplace safety, health and environment programs and initiatives;
• Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act;
• Conducting training programs on workplace safety and health and inspections to ensure that all staff and/or subcontractors onsite abide by policies and standards;
• Ensure strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health and environment requirements at sites and required premises;
• Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at the assigned workplace/site;
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits;
• Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and execution of safety programmes;
• Work with the assistance of your safety team of WSH coordinators and supervisors at the project site;
• Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes in safety guidelines;
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Registered WSH Officer / Safety Officer with MOM for minimum 5 years;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in WSH for building / construction industry;
• Possess a minimum Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field;
• Excellent people management skills and good interpersonal skills.
