Job Specifications/Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or other accounting professional qualifications like ACCA FIA Applied Skills level (ACCA level 2 under old scheme).
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an accounting position, experience with Full Set preferred.
• Knowledge/experience in Singapore taxation would be highly appreciated.
• Hands-on experience in using MS Word/Excel and accounting information systems (experience with SunSystems is a bonus, training will be provided).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme and Residents management

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team to support activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy
• Introduce, implement rehabilitative therapies and/or programmes. Review and evaluate therapies and programmes to see if they are relevant to residents.
• Facilitate, coordinate and plan in-house programmes for residents. Monitor residents involvement for in-house activities and update individual residents care plan (ICP) report to respective case or social workers/managers
• Work closely with the Programme team to ensure programmes rostered to do are delivered
• Plan, develop program materials, design and implement group activities
• Work with key workers to implement strategies for behaviour management
• Responsible for progress monitoring of achievement of residents care plan goals

Community Partnership and Volunteer Management

• Source, develop and sustain collaborations with other social service agencies, community stakeholders, corporate partners and, government agencies where necessary for effective programme and volunteer management
• Work with volunteers to deliver volunteer led programmes
• Responsible for maintaining the volunteer database
