Job Role

• Perform AR & AP function
• Collate, monitor and apply customer’s outstanding payments to system;
• Inter-company reconciliation.

Job Responsibilities

• Applying incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures against outstandings;
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries from internal and external customers;
• Perform data transactions;
• Verifying SOA with customers;
• Reconcile inter-company transactions and sales commission paid on monthly basis;
• Analysing and updating the monthly goods inventory movement to reconcile with production; Update internal company cost; including collection and verification of invoices, DO, PO and sales details;
• Assist month end and year end closing and generating sales records;
• Preparation of statistical reports on receivables and payables;
• Maintaining proper filing and records;
• Assist in year end audit;
• Any other administrative or ad‐hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of working experience or more. Entry level are welcomed to apply.
• Minimum Diploma
• Proficient in SAP, preferably
• Willing attitude to learn the ropes and perform detailed work
• Willing to work in Tampines and proficient in both english and chinese to work with chinese stakeholders

Job scope (Bowling):

• Manage the daily operations and upkeep of the facilities at the Bowling Centre.Operate the cashier counter, ensuring accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.
• Foster positive relationships with Club members, guests, and the public through exceptional customer service.
• Ensure that all bowling leagues and competitions adhere to the established game rules.
• Maintain and update records for bowlers, including handicaps, league standings, competition results, and championship outcomes.
• Assist the Supervisor in monitoring and managing stock, equipment, and stationery to ensure sufficient levels for daily operations.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, organization, and billing for corporate events, and provide a monthly report.

Job Scope (Main lobby):

• Manage phone calls and address inquiries regarding the Club’s facilities and events.
• Process applications for Club programs and handle inquiries and bookings for facilities.
• Perform cashiering tasks.
• Provide membership services, including the collection of membership fees.
• Execute administrative duties such as securely managing and documenting key issuance and handling other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
• Oversee the administration of lost and found items.
• Record and manage incoming cheques.
• Support tender processes by assisting with briefings, collecting and recording tender documents, and handling tender deposits.

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Singapore PR
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level with 1 year experience in similar field
• Must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays

Sales Admin

• Assit sales personnel with tendering, quotation.
• Assist sales personnel with Document Processing(Specifications, DO, Invoices).
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer’s enquiries from various channels: website live chat, social platform messaging, WhatsApp, telephone, and emails.

Office Admin

• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall business operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Interior Design
• Knowledge of furniture preferred.
• Team player, Independent with a positive attitude.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or sales admin.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with photoshop, AutoCAD, design software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
