• Monitor, update foreign workers’ deployment including handling of recruitment, renewal of foreign workers work pass application and cancellation.
• Maintain and update training records for all employees.
• Arrange regulatory training eg. Safety Orientation Course (SOC) and related skill tests.
• Administer insurance related issues covering reporting, submission and settlement of claims.
• Assist to manage and maintain all administration-related works in the office.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with site personnel on administration issues.
• Update the Project List Records and assist to set-up project files for new project.
• Assist on the demobilization for projects nearing completion.
• Assist in performing various duties carried out by the Senior Admin Manager.

[What we are looking for]

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or related disciplines
• Excellent knowledge of indoor air quality management and air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, as well as air-cleaning technologies
• Experience in designing and leading field risk assessments and research projects on indoor air quality and ventilation
• Experience in data analysis/statistical analysis
• Experience in the study of airborne microbiome and pollutants (including sampling, laboratory analysis, and data analysis)
• Possesses a valid Class 3 driver’s licence and willingness to drive NEA’ car to field sites is preferred
• Capacity for systems thinking and inclination for trans-disciplinary science
• Strong interest in public health research, policy, and operations
• Excellent organisational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
