Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
• Perform a variety of general administrative tasks.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Act as a point of contact between the sales department, senior administrative staff, and other departments to facilitate efficient request and query handling.
• Generate and issue invoices.
• Accompany the executive team to client meetings as needed, assisting with preparations and logistics to ensure successful engagements.
• Regularly report on job progress and updates to the leadership team.

• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation is processed in a timely manner and complies with customers’ requirement
• Ensure all inbound clearance clear in time
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas offices, customers and shipping forwarders to ensure smooth transaction in shipments
• Apply for SFA license
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
