• Review quarterly GST report for submission to Finance BP and perform GST Net Receivable / Payable adjustment journal upon submission of GST return
• Review and finalize closing and reconciliation for financial reporting
• Review and approve FA transactions - review monthly report for depreciation of assets; approve asset acquisition, transfer of asset under construction to fixed asset, asset disposal, write off and transfer
• Review and ensure that FA schedules tally with GL balance
• Prepare revaluation gains / losses journals
• Review draft Financial Statements and Notes to Financial Statements before submission to Finance BP
• Review XBRL and submit to Corporate Secretariat for filing to ACRA
• Participate in any other tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in computerised accounting environment (supervisory/reviewing experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Integrity and accounting professionalism

Customer Service Officers (Full-time, Ang Mo Kio)

The Write Connection is a premier learning centre in Singapore. Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are among the best in the industry as we hold them to high standards to deliver premium service to our customers.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Able to display effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Possess good work ethics (e.g. Integrity, professionalism, committed to excellence)

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedules and calendars of the Senior Management
• Plan the logistics for the Senior Management
• Manage Senior Management's meetings and participation in various events.
• Arrange travel for Senior Management, coordinate activities during their business trips
• Prepare internal submissions such as routings, documents, accounts, for review and approval by Senior Management.
• Handle claims payment for Senior Management team
• Support the Manager as a liaison in connection with significant stakeholders.
• Help in meeting and event coordination as delegated by the respective team members.
• Assist the Manager in arranging and execution of meetings.
• Keep sensitive information confidential.
• Perform other secretarial duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Secretarial or Business Administration

  fund flows relating to banking industry.
• Knowledge of sanctions and trade finance enhanced due
  diligence
• Previous experience in investigation and preparation of
  cases for STR filing
