Digital Marketing

• Develop digital marketing strategies and support the execution aligned with the brand’s strategic direction and guidelines of the different business units

Community Engagement

• Organise and assist in the execution of events & promotional activities, product launches

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• Experience in Marketing, preferably in the Retail and/or F&B Industry.
• Has experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Exhibit sound knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Be able to think out of the box, enjoy coming up with creative ideas and solutions

1. Rental Operations

· To assist in all operations of the Department.

· To co-ordinate with Workshop Supervisors and other related personnel in the workshop for the effective flow of operations.

· To develop a system to track machines which are serviceable and list of machines having related Certifications.

· To liaise with staffs/purchasers/managers of customers office to facilitate in the flow of needed documents if necessary.

· To manage mechanics/electricians on-site in solving Customers’ issues.

· To facilitate in issuing DOs, Invoices, Rental Agreements for Drivers to deliver goods.

· To manage the timetable of our drivers and to come up with a system to manage them efficiently.

· To account for machineries in & out for rental.

2. Warehouse Operations

· Performing and improving warehouse operations by analysing process flow, manning and space requirements and then suggesting new work flow or arrangements

3. Inventories Management

· To Co-ordinate with Logistics department in the new incoming stocks and updating them into the ERP system.

· To make sure that stocks are updated all the time.

· Keep all the files of the stocks that is entered in an efficient filing system (hardcopy & softcopy).

To co-ordinate with Invoicing Department in updating information of certain Stocks descriptions Requirements.

The PO will be working in the research lab “Action Research for Community Health (ARCH)”, and the primary study involves an intervention study that develops and test the efficacy of an integrative health coaching programme to support first-time stroke survivors and their family caregivers. The PO is expected to work closely with professionals in the field of medicine and rehabilitation sciences, as well as with clinical population groups.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in development and implementation of innovative and engaging corporate programs and events, applying an innovative mindset to conceptualisation, planning, coordination, execution, and facilitation.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to support the development and execution of events and programmes.
• Incorporate creative ideas and the latest trends into content development and event conceptualization to deliver unique and memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and deliver tailored events and programmes for the target audience.
• Manage event inquiries, requests, or correspondences promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations for corporate programmes and events.
