Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. As part of the Sales Admin Support Team, you will process customers order for products such as preparing Sales Invoices, Sales Order reports for Production and other reports.

Job Descriptions

• Ensure workplace safety, health and environment practices, procedures and processes comply with Workplace Safety and Health Act and regulations, Code of Practice for Environmental Control Officers and ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 13485 and TS16949 policies

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure EHSS related agreement and mandatory licenses are validated, updated and renewed timely

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• Registered Fire Safety Manager and WSHO with at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment. Experience in security management is an added advantage.
