Job Description

• Develop sales for steel, stainless steel, aluminium products.
• Process enquiries and enter customer orders
• Engage in various trading, sales and marketing activities to increase company's sales volume and profitability
• Monitor and assist in the maintenance of inventory and make appropriate recommendations
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Coordinate with warehouse and customers on delivery of material
• Make sure timely payment received from clients
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by Director

• Strong understanding of documentary credits, containerized shipments, and/or incoterms preferred
• Sales driven with business development capabilities

Responsibilities

· Establish, execute plan to expand customer base and explore new areas/segments to increase sales revenue.

· Engage with customers for queries, resolve issues and follow up on inquiries.

· Respond timely to customer orders, confirm delivery dates, coordinate changes and expedite requests from customers.

· Manage and maintain a database of customer records and customer pricing.

· Prepare and track sales quotations and maintain sales pipelines.

· Provides comprehensive market intelligence, benchmarking, constant updates on price comparison cum movement in the marketplace.

· Establish rapport and build good customer relationship.

· Provides sales performance report and timeline to achieve target.

· Willingness to undertake ad hoc projects being assigned by the management.

Requirements

· Diploma level in any discipline.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales admin support or customer service experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out forecasts on division’s business, financial planning and budget management function.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing (estimation and actual profit & loss) and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
• Prepare month end closing report.
• Prepare budget, mid-term and kick off presentation.
• Monitor monthly expenses/ marginal profit and business profit result to enhance organizational effectiveness by getting the organization become more result focused.
• Monitor quantitative and qualitative result and ensure team function successfully.
• Monitor overdue debts and credit control management.
• Responsible for finance team’s growth, work schedule and coach & supervise new employees.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma related to accountancy, business management or finance.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Finance/Budget/Forecast Planning/Month end closing/Bad debt reporting.
• At least 3 years of related working experience in billing related functions or experience in Logistic/ Supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office application & Accounting System.
• Able to effectively work under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous and good analytical skills.
• Proactive, independent and positive work attitude.
• Effective Communication skills.

Normal Shift (5 days work week)
