Responsibilities:

• Work as a sales coordinator in Singapore.
• Input customer’s PO in our buying systems by GOOSS
• Input customer’s PO in our selling systems by ERP.
• Adjust delivery schedule with factory staff and customer.
• Send Invoice and packing list to customers.
• Inventory control and stock movement analysis
• India office support (Create invoice and PL.)
• Support the other sales coordinators if necessary.
• Make sales result report, stock qty report, Profit analysis and so on.
• Job volume may increase once he/she will accustom to do.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft office, ERP, MRP or Inventory Management System
• Previous experience in shipping industry
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
