• Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by Line Supervisor/Team Lead/Head of Section/Head of Department.
• Perform administrative duties
• Provide support functions from time to time (e.g. compilation of statistics, report extraction etc.)

Job Description:

• Coordinate and supervise a team of on-site workers to execute planned construction tasks and handle unforeseen issues.
• Investigate reported construction-related problems and analyze root causes to prevent future issues.
• Manage renovation or construction projects as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure contractors adhere to project requirements and evaluate their performance against contract terms.
• Follow up with contractors to ensure timely resolution of any defects or issues identified during construction.
• Assist with any additional tasks delegated by the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with minimum 3 years in M&E and security system experience.
• Minimum 2 years of exp
• Able to start work Immediately / short notice
