Job Responsibilities:

• Pack and fulfil online sales and ecommerce orders through the efficient use of in-house and 3rd party delivery partners
• Receive incoming and outgoing shipment within the warehouse
• Coordinate all logistics activities and work with inter-department heads across different business units
• Monitor warehouse inventory and inform Product Managers if stocks are running below par level
• Provide feedback and suggest ways to improve operations and ensure cost-efficient and timely delivery of shipment and goods in line with the business needs

Responsibilities:

• Perform the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer in accordance with Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant WSH legal requirements, codes of practices and Singapore Standards. This will also include communicating with external and internal stakeholders on up-to-date changes in WSH legislations and other requirements
• Inspect & endorse PTW system, Hot work assessor, WAH assessor & confined space assessor
• Assist for daily Project Safety & as an advisor for the safety committee
• In charge of FSM in conducting Fire & Evacuation drill
• Maintain an effective Safety Management System for the organization
• Conduct workplace inspections to ensure compliance with WSH Act
• Attend EDB & MOM routine Inspections and conduct for ART test for workers
• Support incident investigations to identify root causes and appropriate correction actions
• Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures to stakeholders
• Coordinate WSH trainings and support WSH promotional activities
• Maintains & renew WSH documented information for the organization as well as review safety documentation on contractor work activities
• Review & maintain HSEMS, HSE Action plan, Project HSE Plan, Safe Work Procedure, Risk assessment, Emergency Response Plan & Safe Management Measures Plan Certifications

Requirements:

• MOM Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Workplace Safety and Health
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and/or Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) will be added advantages
• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields
• Knowledge in ISO45001, ISO 9001, BizSafe, SHMS, SCDF & Clients audit & certification;

Job Scope :

• Enter and inspect premises;

• Explain purpose of the inspection at the beginning of the inspection, provide closing debrief, resolution to infringement;

• Provide explanation/elaboration of required follow-up actions (if any) at the end of inspection;

• Interview individual believed to be relevant to the case according to guidelines, checklists and questionnaires;

• Record fire safety infringement/findings relevant to the case (includes using photography);

• Collect relevant documentation;

• Check and test fire safety measures (e.g., exit light, emergency light, hose reel);

• To submit an inspection report of the inspected premises;

• Upload inspection report and relevant documentation/findings into the Authority’s system;

• Identify fire safety infringement and recommend for enforcement action (e.g., Enforcement Notice);

• Serve Enforcement Notice to site;

• Carry out follow-up action to verify that fire safety infringement is rectified;

• Serve as a Point-Of-Contact to the public for matters related to inspection;

• Prepare and submit Court Charge Paper or Statement of Facts (“SOF”) to the Authority shall the case be escalated for prosecution; and

• Manage public queries received through the hotline and email account (set up by the Authority) and complaints arising from the inspections. Ensure prompt and accurate replies are provided to the public.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the team to provide programme support for transnational couples, couples in early marrige or preparing for marriage. This include events planning and coordinating workshops that cater to the unique needs of transnational families and young couples aged between 18 to 24. Responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support for events and workshops
• Plan manpower roster for programme
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
