Job Summary

Job Description:

• General Ledger entries
• Full spectrum of AR & AP functions
• Carry out accounting entries and seek clarification from relevant parties should discrepancies be found in the accounts
• Monitor debtor and creditor ageing balances
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintain proper documentation on accounts transactions
• Preparation and submission of GST returns
• Preparation and compilation of financial reports

Job Requirement:

• Minimally Diploma in Accounting / Finance
• Familiar with using accounting systems (Ideally Microsoft Business Central)

Job Details:

• Control the generic mailbox for sending and receiving
• Conduct employment registrations, submit files, and issue purchase orders
• Oversee the creation of bills for customer billing and the management of proposals for invoicing, including contract communication with pertinent departments.
• Respond quickly to customer questions regarding quotes and invoicing.
• Help with the job certificate process and make sure that surveyor attendance data is entered accurately and on time, including overtime and cost claims.
• Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of personal protective equipment for surveyors.
• In their absence, take up other administrators' ad hoc tasks, such as reception.

The HR Executive Role

• Serve as a recruitment specialist to provide end to end support for company’s recruitment needs, including sourcing for candidates, managing candidates, overseeing selection, and managing onboarding
• Oversee employee engagement efforts through creating opportunities and programs that promote employee involvement, collaborating with other departments and vendors, as necessary
• Prepare and maintain employment records and contractual obligations for manpower related events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
• Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary HR support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers through personal sourcing, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, and roadshows and events attendance
