The Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive is the key person in charge of executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process daily AR transactions, ensure transactions are properly recorded and maintained in system.
• Responsible for credit control ensuring that customers pay on time and to follow up on overdue accounts.
• To prepare, check, verify and send invoice and SOA to customers / overseas agents.
• Maintain full set of accounts includes AP, AR and GL.
• Assist to prepare Payables and Receivables aging report and reconciliation.
• Assist to process monthly closing and bank reconciliation with completeness and accuracy.
• Assist to preparation of audit schedules and assist with annual revenue and statutory audit.
• Manage and filing for accounting documents, storage, and security of documents.
• Support administrative service under the Admin Department, and related duties as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to you by your superior from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience handling full set of accounts.
• IT savvy, proficient in Word, Excel, and computerized accounting software
• Analytical and meticulous person with eye for details, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work as team.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude, able to work independently on own initiative under tight timelines.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.

Job Descriptions

• Troubleshooting and perform corrective/ preventive maintenance for the building –including technical & mechanical issues via MaintainX (CMMS)
• Acquire quotation together with Procurement Team and raise purchase quote for R&M work, service, or parts necessary for repair and maintenance purposes.
• Provide troubleshooting and repair in all aspects of Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Building Automation, and CCTVs, Painting & demarcation, etc,
• Liaise with equipment vendors, contractors, and material suppliers-including coordination and oversee the repair/maintenance work carried out.
• Managed keys, spare parts & tools
• Coordinate with Cleaners to carry out daily or urgent warehouse and perimeter cleaning.
• Practice and maintain good housekeeping.
• Work closely with Superior to keep all expenses within budget.
• Respond to calls for emergency repairs / ad-hoc complaints.
• Assist in carrying out hands-on repair works whenever required.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for ad-hoc & A&A work.
• Report to the superior in charge and perform the task assigned and any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a related role, in particular within a facilities and client-facing environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate flexibility about the type of work carried out and prioritize the task by urgency.
• Experience in a hands-on role working in a fast-paced and dynamic facilities environment.
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skills.
• Advantage to have Class 3 Driving Lic.
• Possess Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, Managing Work-At-Heights Cert.

• Experience in e-commerce operations/similar is preferred
• Adept in Canva, Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads & Google Suite will be a plus
