POSITION SUMMARY

As a Supply Chain Executive, your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Responsible for day-to-day operational support for the Laboratory, Production, and Quality departments.
2. Oversee functional areas, including but not limited to, Logistics, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Housekeeping, and general facility support.
3. Maintain operational procedures to ensure compliance with current regulatory, cGMP, and safety requirements.
4. Establish a network of suppliers and oversee partnerships to ensure supply chain efficiency, including oversight of material logistics (inbound/outbound operations, housekeeping, and storage).
5. Coordinate demand forecasts with teams such as the clinical team, operations team, and business development team. Take responsibility for inventory management to optimize functional costs.
6. Ensure compliance with country Import/Export requirements, including regulatory aspects such as import licenses, reporting requirements, etc.
7. Lead or participate in projects related to Supply Chain and/or Operations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience in a Bio-Lifescience environment, candidate with MNC, Large Organizations or GMP experience will have an advantage.
2. Applicant must be familiar with supply management and vendor management of Capital Equipment, Services and Consumables.
3. Working understanding of Operations, QC, QA, Process Development, Supply Chain and related functions.
4. Experience in starting-up (eg. individual) and building up to a defined team.
5. Involvement in setting up New Site and/or Project Management will be an added advantage. Position and Title will be accorded per work and/or industry experience of the candidate.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Degree in a relevant Science field or Equivalent with significant years of relevant industrial experience

• Overall, responsible for ensuring the work site complies with all regulatory requirements and safety standards in the workplace.
• Deliver effective safety training for employees.
• Support in the implementation of HSE policies and programs.
• Liaise with team to launch global safety initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SS506 part 3 and applicable legal requirements.
• Proficient in HSE management system, interpersonal and coordination skills.
