Responsibilities:

Account Management (70%)

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customer accounts across various customer segments.
• Drive revenue growth for customer accounts and achieve sales targets provided.
• Track and monitor monthly sales performance of customers and products sold to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent and effective communications with customers and provided them with relevant updates on new product promotions, launches.
• Practice effective, excellent communications with internal (eg. sales team, admin, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders (eg. customers, sales improvement vendors, trainers).
• Be proactive in finding solutions to challenges that arise in the external and internal environment.
• Provide market intelligence to Management for the formulation of sales and pricing strategies.
• Ensure prompt payments.

Business Development (30%)

• Generate new leads in line with the company’s overall growth strategy.
• Acquire and develop new customer relationships for long-term business relationships.
• Develop and grow a strong understanding of requirements of each customer segment.
• Cross Selling Project.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
• Candidate possess at least 2 years of experiences in the food trading industry
• Customer service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team player and sense of responsibility;
• Comfortable in dealing with customer segment from food store / hawkers.

Contributing to the development of sales strategies.

Designing and implementing sales strategies for company products.

Requirement

• Minimum A Level / Local Diploma in any field
• Proven work experience as a sales executive.
• Knowledge of modern sales techniques.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of AP transactions by ensuring invoice processing is in accordance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Preparation for month-end closing schedules
• Ad-hoc projects under process improvement

Working hours:

- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00am to 3:00pm or 09:30am to 6:30pm inclusive of 30mins lunch break

Scope of Services:

- To provide operation support for the smooth and effective operations of the school

- To maintain the general cleanliness of the school including equipment(s) and workplace

- To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and other rooms in the school.

- To open/close windows and doors of classrooms and other rooms in the school.

- To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.

- To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refreshments, etc

- To assist in the preparation of logististics and equipment

- To help carry stock, furniture, etc

- To relief other operations support officer

- To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-principals, Operationss Manager or any other authorised officer.

Qualification, Skills & Experiance:

- Ability to communicate in simple english

- Physically and mentally fit

- Preferably have some working experience in schools with job scope include cleaning and logistics
