• Conduct presentations, negotiations and closing of sales with clients.
• To attend off/on-site meetings with clients and resolve issues, as and when required.
• To provide after-sales services to clients. (i.e., accounts settlement, fulfilment of orders, delivery service performance)
• Work closely with respective internal teams on project management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related working experience in accounts management and sales.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop and close new ad agency leads to use The Trade Desk technology
• Schedule and conduct meetings with ad agency decision-makers
• Email and call potential clients and leads to set up meetings
• Communicate the value of The Trade Desk media buying platform by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
• Execute on a strategic plan to achieve revenue goals by understanding target audiences, determining the most effective media mix and and evaluating media campaigns and strategies
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Respond to RFPs and prepare customized proposals to win new business
• Grow current accounts by identifying and closing up-sell opportunities
• Understand competitive differentiators in fast-changing online advertising landscape
• Work with the product team to help share customer insights to shape our product
• Collaborate with the trading and account management teams to upsell clients

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, DSP, advertising agency or other online advertising role
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client facing roles in Southeast Asia markets. Multi-market experience is ideal
• Relationships with advertising brands or agencies; media buyers and technology decision-makers within verticals such as Automobile, CPG would be advantageous
• Strong quantitative skills
• Compelling negotiations skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Diligent sales or account pipeline management
• Self-starter – able to tackle new clients or territories with little guidance but lots of enthusiasm
• Quick learner – able to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes
• Able to travel 10 to 20% of the time including some overnight travel

• Comfortable working with several different teams inside The Trade Desk to collaboratively grow an account

Responsibilities:

1. The supervision, reporting, and execution of all matters pertaining to the crew.

2. Ensuring effective collaboration with manning agents for the on-off signing of crew members.

3. Oversight of the performance of manning agencies and the reporting of incidents or issues to the Crewing Manager.

4. Coordinating travel and lodging for crew members during on-off signing.

5. Maintaining the schedule for vessel crew changes and the implementation of plans.

6. Managing crew data within the company’s management system.

7. Confirming crew documentation and qualifications, as well as managing visas and flag state certificates.

8. Preparing the crew’s monthly payroll and handling all claims and expenses related to the crew.

Requirements:

– Possession of a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Shipping or a relevant field.

– At least 1-2 years of experience in the shipping industry or crewing.

– The ability to independently carry out job responsibilities.

– A team player with strong organizational skills.
