Job Description

Inbound call handling for Bank's Accounts servicing,

campaigns, products enquiries and helpdesk enquiries

Fulfillment follow through on case handling and with customers;

Ensure group compliance & control standards are observed and met in the execution of

customers’ enquiries, transaction requests and maintaining confidentiality of Bank and customers’ information

Job Requirements

· Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Although preferred, previous experience in Call Centre, a financial services or Financial Fraud setting is not essential. Our dedicated onsite Training team will provide you with a specifically designed training programme and support in your new role; and to enable you to develop and provide ongoing training for all team members.

· Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude a and passion to deliver quality customer service.

· Possess a pleasant voice, excellent comprehension, communication, interpersonal skills and work etiquette.

· Possess good command of written and spoken English.

· Good analytical skills; passion for working and is good in working with numbers.

· Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, attentive to details and a good team player who likes to work in a fast-paced changing environment.

· Passion for working, responsible and with good working attitude.

· Proficient in PC skills including MS Office applications.

· Ability to work on staggered/rotational shifts including weekends and Public Holidays to support 24x7 Contact Centre service operations.

Shift Timings (Choose One Shift Option):

1. Option #1: Non shift

Working Hours : Non-shift: 42.5 hours per week

Mon-Fri, 8.5 working hours between 7 am to 6.30 pm + 1-hour meal break in between

Or otherwise advised by the Client

2. Option #2: Weekday shift

Working Hours : 5 working days, Mon-Fri.

42.5 hours per week.

Staggered shift hours : 8.5 working hours between 7am to 10pm + 1-hour meal break in between

Or otherwise advised by the Client

3. Option #3: Weekends/PHs shift

Working Hours : 5 working days, 1 rest day and 1 off day per week

42.5 hours per week

Staggered shift hours : 8.5 working hours between 7 am to 10pm + 1-hour meal break in between

Rest Day and Off Day : Scheduled by Client (1 weekday + 1 weekend, non-consecutive)

Or otherwise advised by the Client

4. Option #4: AM & PM Shifts + Weekends / Night

Working Hours : 5 working days, 1 rest day and 1 off day per week

42.5 hours per week

Staggered shift hours : 8.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break in between. Includes night shift.

Rest Day and Off Day : Scheduled by Client (1 weekday + 1 weekend, non-consecutive)

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the provision of prompt and accurate clarifications to customer queries.
• To ensure that feedback and complaints are followed-up appropriately.
• To ensure 90% of the applications are processed within five working days.
• To ensure that only applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria, are considered for licences.
• To ensure that all queries are replied within five working days.
• To ensure that all records can be retrieved quickly upon request; and
• Make outgoing calls in reply or in response to callers who leave their numbers and request that operators call them back.
• The job holder is required to possess sound knowledge of the legislations, doctrines, policies and guidelines relevant to the licensing regimes. The job holder also has to keep updated of any changes to the legislations, doctrines, policies and guidelines to ensure that no licence applications are wrongly approved or rejected.
• The job holder is responsible for managing customers’ queries and feedback.
• The job holder has to scrutinise the results of the various screening records in deciding on the recommendations on whether to approve or reject the licence applications.
• The job holder has to analyse the applications and documents submitted to make recommendations to the relevant supervisor to approve or reject the licence applications.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

• Manage daily operations to provide excellent customer service and coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Communicate with customers professionally, give updates on time, and work with the Manager and teams to handle requests or complaints.
• Ensure accurate documentation, update internal records for forwarding jobs, and process invoices on time.
• Follow Customer Service Standards and Company procedures, seek client feedback, and share it with the Customer Service Manager and QA.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of experience in Freight logistics and Marine sector.
• Good knowledge of the freight forwarding processes and Marine spare parts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
