Part of our client’s Wealth Management function, the position is created to handle Application Production Support (APS) of Internet Banking activities. Candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests and Application Support activities in shifts.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 Application support to Front Office users.
• Adhere to Service Level objective target.
• Ensure adherence to APS support roster in terms of mailbox, webportal and hotline.
• Should take part in 24/7 production support (i.e Shifts/Weekend/Public holidays).

We are representing our client, a MNC Technology company, to look for a Senior Treasury Analyst (APAC) to complement the existing team. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of cash operations and pooling activities, identify cash needs/traps and workaround solutions for the APAC countries.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and identify area of potential FX exposures, compliance and risk management.
• Enhance performance analysis and reporting, harmonization of Treasury processes, financing of working capital needs in Asia and banking relationship management.

• Pursue certification & training programs via both internal and external platforms.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Treasury reports & analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business or Finance; further professional qualification would be a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury fields, including cash management & financing.
• Ability to read Chinese and speak mandarin as the role requires to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Japanese is an added advantage.

Job description:

Performing the role of AML Analyst for a Singapore Payment entity, the individual will have overall responsibility for assisting to develop, maintain, and implement the entity’s Anti- Money Laundering (“AML”)/ Countering the Financing of Terrorism (“CFT”) and sanctions Program.

This will be a Singapore based role and reporting to the AML specialist.

Key responsibilities:
