The Challenges:

• In charge of all Accounts Receivable matters (AR)
• Process invoices and payments posting in accounting system.
• Perform month end closing and GST submission.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Perform AR reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

What it Takes:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and able to handle 1.5 million of monthly turnover.
• Experience in medical / healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in MYOB accounting system
• Bilingual in English and Chinese as this role requires frequent liaising with clients and colleagues from Chinese-speaking states.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with high work volume.
• Candidates who are able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage.

Job Scope

• Read through the functional design documents and understand the functionality of the existing applications.
• Working in a team and involved in the preparation of test packages/test data and perform testing.
• Troubleshooting if any data issues and/or work with the developer in resolving the system issues identified as part of the testing.
• Prepare the test data as per the test package and conduct the User acceptance test together with the end-user’s design/test/implementation of SAP HR system, especially submodule SAP HR Payroll.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP technology as a functional consultant or tester
• Experience in preparation of test packages, perform functional testing, conduct user acceptance test etc.
• Working experience on SAP Projects
• Knowledge or understanding of SAP HCM modules.
• SAP HCM payroll knowledge/experience
• Involvement in the SAP upgrade projects.
• Experience in conduction UAT sessions with the end users.

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and detailed end to end test cases for the assigned projects relating to the digital platform’s user acceptance testing.
• Able to write test cases in JBehave for agile projects.

Requirements:

• Good analytic skills to process complex requirement to come up with end to end scenarios and test cases
• Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodology, and understand the life cycle of testing in both automated and manual testing
• Have experience in running or being part of an agile project team in banking industry and have had hands on experience on JBehave
• Experience with Quality assurance processes and tools including Confluence and JIRA
• Good stakeholder engagement skills with good verbal and written communication is required as will need to collaborate closely across multiple teams during project execution
