This is a full-time Finance and Admin Executive role located on-site in Singapore. The Finance and Admin Executive will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, and records management systems, as well as overseeing and managing all aspects of administrative functions, including office management. The role also includes liaising with various stakeholders such as vendors, clients, and other departments.

• Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions.

Job Description:
Account Payable

• Ensure vendor invoices are correctly matched against issued PO.
• Ensure vendor invoices are complete before payment.

AR Receivable

• Ensure Invoices are correctly billed.
• Generate RMA, Debit Note and Credit Note to customers.
• Update receipts from customers.

GL and Reports

• Update bank book and prepare monthly reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory.
• Ensure accuracy of Monthly Inventory reports and reconciliations.
• Verify and process staff claims.
• Ensure all Import/Export Permits are complete.
• Prepare GST quarterly reports.
• Prepare and ensure monthly reports are submitted in a timely manner.
• Prepare audit schedules, fixed assets register, and management reports for auditing.
• Generate/prepare supporting reports to confirm the accuracy of Management and Financial Reports.

Others

• Assist in other accounting duties when necessary.
• Provide general administrative support and other duties as needed.
• Other general responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience and knowledge in ERP and QuickBooks will be added advantage.

About the role: Application Support Analyst (on site)

This role is about problem solving.

Joining an award-winning application support team, you will work directly with our clients to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with complex trading strategies. Direct lines of communication with our software and infrastructure engineers to help you gain valuable experience and expertise.

You will work with the very latest in low latency trade execution technologies, maintaining Linux server and Windows client applications across our global distributed architecture in both proprietary private cloud and in public cloud environments.

This is a technical role based in our Singapore Downtown office. Supporting our global client base and working as part of a global team, communication is key – both with clients and with colleagues across multiple teams and time zones.

You will be required to:

● Respond promptly to support requests and enquiries from clients.

● Actively monitor and respond to alerts for our critical systems and infrastructure, resolving issues wherever possible and escalating to other teams if necessary.

● Support customers and resolve issues related to order entry, risk management, and exchange connectivity.

● Conduct analysis of complex order and trade histories.

● Work directly with new customers to coordinate the deployment and configuration of the company’s products.

● Manage distribution and installation of software enhancements and upgrades.

● Work directly with various exchanges and our software engineers to test and conform new software releases.

● Work with our infrastructure team to test and complete various server and network upgrade projects.

● Liaise with Stellar’s overseas offices to provide seamless 24-hour customer support.

About you

● Have a Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree.

● Experience with, or knowledge of, Linux OS and Linux-based server applications, using Linux command line tools such as grep, sed and awk.

● You will have strong analytical skills and be able to perform complex log file analysis, allowing you to identify the root cause of issues. You will take pride in identifying and implementing the best solution.

● Working directly with clients in an exciting front-office environment, you can thrive in high pressure or time critical situations.

● Willing to assume responsibility, making timely decisions including to escalate issues when appropriate.

● You will enjoy working with and exploring new technologies related to low-latency and algorithmic trading strategies. You will be able to effectively communicate your ideas, proposals, or solutions to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.

● You may have previous experience supporting applications that connect to any of the major global derivatives exchanges such as CME, EUREX, SGX or OSE and be familiar with various exchange protocols such as OmNet, ITCH/OUCH and FIX.

● Experience performing basic network troubleshooting using tools such as telnet, tcpdump or ncat will be useful to you in this role.

● Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, any experience with bash or perl scripting and any exposure to public cloud-based providers such as AWS may also benefit you in the role.
