About the Role:

This role of Head Finance would require partnering with Site Management to maximize value, manage business risks and costs, drive the planning processes, and keep highest standards of Financial Compliance. Key Responsibilities:

o Ensures that cost-efficient and effective purchasing and IT support across site functions is provided.

o Manages all site and Novartis in-site relations with external auditors and stakeholders, and prepare in-site Novartis organizations for all relevant regulatory and tax audits by ensuring adherence to necessary financial, administrative and corporate compliance (i.e. Sarbanes– Oxley [SOx]) standards.

o Acts as key representative on all NFCM-related topics in the site, closely aligns with the NFCM-support team of the GOCs.
