Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Application Support and Operations Specialist to take ownership of multiple application products and their operational aspects, including patching, application support, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, operational mindset, and experience in maintaining IT systems, with a focus on security, troubleshooting, and government-level standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Ownership:

· Manage the operational aspects of applications such as WebSphere, IBM MQ, QlikSense, SharePoint, Pega, etc.

· Collaborate with build teams during application architecture sessions to provide inputs on integration points (e.g., Web services, MQ, SFTP interfaces).

Operational Processes:

· Define and implement operational processes for application and system management.

· Perform OS and application-level patching.

· Handle operational housekeeping, archival, backup, and recovery.

· Troubleshoot application or infrastructure-related issues.

IT Security Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with government-level security requirements, including system hardening, scanning, and maintaining a strong security posture.

Support and Monitoring:

· Provide on-site support when issues occur, including after office hours as required.

· Monitor and maintain IT systems and application assets for the project.

Role Overview

The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in supporting the treasury team. This role will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day treasury operations, including cash flow management, investment activities, and partnership management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be eager to develop their career within treasury management.

Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management:
  • Assist in monitoring daily cash balances and liquidity levels to ensure sufficient funds for operational requirements.
  • Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts, identifying potential liquidity risks and opportunities.
  • Help in managing intercompany loans, settlements, and interest accruals.
• Investment Support:
  • Conduct research and analysis on investment opportunities, providing insights to the Senior Treasury Manager.

• Partnership Relationship Management:
  • Help in maintaining relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions.
  • Support FX conversion and money transfer operations, ensuring timely execution and settlement of transactions.
• Operational Management:
  • Assist in the reconciliation of payments and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Help maintain accurate records in the treasury management system, supporting month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Risk Management and Reporting:
  • Support the team in conducting risk assessments and stress testing.
  • Prepare regular reports on cash flow, investments, and liquidity for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related role within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Basic understanding of ALM, liquidity management, and investment concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
• An interest in cryptocurrency or blockchain is advantageous.
