• Collaborate with consulting firm(s) to develop an in-deep analysis on industry trend, market growth and competitors’ performance to assist related Department in making investment decisions, and provide suggestions to the Sales & Marketing team in aspects of personnel allocation, marketing strategy, channel expanding etc.
• Research on market and transactional prices of telecommunication products in Asia Pacific, identify the price difference and propose price strategy suggestions
• Assist HQ in carrying out marketing activities as well as collect marketing resources for Asia Pacific Region.

Requirements：

• Degree in Marketing or Business Related related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience (preferably with experience in market research/ business / marketing analysis)
• Experience in Telecommunications Industry is a plus
• Well-organized, self-motivated, attentive to details, eager to learn, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job responsibilities:

1. Support in Fixed Cost Management Activities

- Gather, Consolidate & Monitor Fixed Cost (including preparing & maintaining tracking sheets)

- Review department submission and clarify variance with department

- Perform forecast, variance analysis and monitor monthly Fixed Cost movement

- Assist in the preparation of Annual & Mid-Long Term Budget Plan Preparation activities

- Assist in management reporting activities and other adhoc Fixed Cost related tasks

2. Support in Budget Control Activities

- Perform & manage SAP system budget control process (including budget transfer, budget release)

- Provide appropriate advice to Budget PICs relating to budget transfer, expenses charging and other budget control related matters

3. Support in Project Evaluation activities

- Review & Evaluate projects before submission for management approval

- Track project progress and compliance with company guidelines.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum ITE/Diploma cert in Business/Finance/Accounting (preferred)

· Good computer knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft excel), basic knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

The Senior IT Product Testing Analyst will be responsible for performing regular quality audits based on established standards to ensure quality service to customers is consistently met. The Senior IT Product Testing Analyst will facilitate calibration sessions with Team Leads to generate timely and accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis perform quality analysis, and be capable of identifying root causes and corresponding action items to improve and or sustain performance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the day-to-day activities of QA Testers and is in charge of all quality aspects of the system
• Works with the product manager, designers and development team to define the test coverage plan to ensure the test scenarios and test cases are scalable and sufficient
• Provide hands-on technical and functional input in the area of continuous testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery across multiple products
• Recommend and evaluate new tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Proactive in improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of QA team
• Assess current framework and testing strategies
• Analyze Business, Functional, Technical, and UI (User Interface) project/release requirements
• Analyse bug trends and fine-tune QA processes to improve overall quality of the product
• Design and implement QA test Protocol and processes
• Assist with defining QA test Protocol and processes
• Develop, maintain, and support post-deployment automated tests
• Mentor junior team members on technical concepts and implementations

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 3-4 years in the capacity of a QA Lead
• Relevant experience as a Software Tester
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related technical discipline
• Familiar with Agile tools (e.g. JIRA/Confluence)
• Continuous QA process improvement
• Test Automation skill sets are highly favourable
• Experience in tech or Fintech related service company would be advantageous

The Finance Services Department (FSD) under the Finance Division supports the operational departments in areas of transactional accounting including but not restricted to payments, revenue, fixed assets and costing of fees and charges, etc. It maintains proper and correct accounting records ensuring the integrity of NEA’s financial records.

[What you will be working on]

As an Executive/Senior Executive in the FSD, you will be responsible for the following:

• Handle day-to-day operational matters pertaining to daily revenue collection and liaise with operational divisions.

• Process refund requests promptly.

• Perform prompt invoicing and collection of receivables within stipulated credit terms.

• Ensure payments are made accurately and on time to vendors.

• Run monthly report from Singtel and SP for Divisions' verification.

[What we are looking for]
