The Grains and Oilseeds (G&O) Platforms are two of LDCs longest standing business. The Platforms have an international presence in the world’s major producing and consuming regions and originate, handle, store, transform and merchandize products across the spectrum of Grains and Oilseeds products.

Principal Responsibilities

This role supports the HSBC Singapore Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance in delivering the Corporate Governance & Secretariat function activities. Within Asia Operations, the Securities team is responsible for processing and managing the risk relating to securities & derivatives settlements, securities transfers, corporate action (income, cash) and asset creation and maintenance.

· The processing and controls of the processes within the Securities Transfers function.

· Good knowledge and practice of Office suite. Excel VBA macro knowledge is a plus.
