• Change Management for Cumulus System: Support change management activities to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the Cumulus system.
• Assist in preparation of Finance SOPs: Set up frameworks, processes, templates and approving authorities for key finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivables (fees and charges), asset management, tax reporting and financial reporting (month-end and year-end), that are aligned with the Finance Government Instruction Manuals and Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards
• Any other requirement related to Cumulus project, or ad-hoc projects / responsibilities as assigned by Deputy Head, Finance Services and Financial Reporting and Lead, Budget.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting with at least 3 years of experience
• Experience with Tenders would be advantageous
• Able to commit to full 7 months
• Able to start immediately

1. Financial Management

• Budget and projection
• Month-end closing activities and reports
• Accrual of income and expenses
• Monthly P/L reports with commentaries
• Review balance sheet schedules to resolve outstanding items
• Check IT invoices for validity before preparing for payment
• Business partnering eg, advising departments in financial matters, policies and procedures
• Participate in implementation of budgeting system

2. Group Treasury

• Prepare Cash flow projections
• Prepare Board paper with cash flow statement
• Prepare Monthly journals and schedules
• Prepare Cash and Investment Segmentation Report (CISR)
• Ensure sufficient funds for payments and prepare the funds transfer instructions
• Maintain bank accounts, bank signatories and related documentation

Education/Experience

• Degree in Accountancy / Business / completed ACCA
• Min 5 years relevant experience at Executive level
• Advance Excel, Powerpoint, Word and SAP skills
• Good written and spoken English
