Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and checking of Private Banking loan documentation as the primary role, with secondary role handling and checking Private Banking loans and Corporate Banking Loans
• Follow-up with relationship managers/legal counsel on outstanding documentation and condition subsequent
• Perform UAT testing
• Liaise with Bank’s external solicitors on various matters including non-standard form facility and security documents
• Daily Report Monitoring and escalate to relevant Department should there be any breach

Requirements:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, particularly in PB loans documentation
• Experience in PB documentation is essential

Responsibilities:

• Issuance of policy contracts and endorsements.
• Issuance of policy adjustment, member movement.
• Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund.
• Ensure tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely.
• Liaise with direct clients/agents on employee benefits related queries via all channels.

Requirements

• Degree from recognized institution.
• Preferred at least 1 year relevant experience specializing in insurance/administration/business processing.
• Applicant along with experience in processing group insurance policies will be an advantage.
• Good time management, good analytical skills, detailed-oriented and pro-activeness.

• Setting up the financial system of the company, including accounting matters, fund management, tax matters and etc.
• Accounting matters: review of daily payment, management of account receivable and payable, book keeping and issuance of financial statement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management and related majors.
• 3-5 years experience of financial management in small to medium-size enterprises. Foreign company financial experience preferred.
• Experience in setting up a company and working with E-Commerce company is preferable.
• Self-driven, strong sense of responsibility, good in communication, coordination and team leadership skills

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collection of mail and distribution to the respective servicers.
• Send mails, arrange courier/internal dispatch of documents to insurers / clients.
• Ensure timely billing issuance (Renewal / Adjustments / Provisional).
• Prepare Cover Letters/Underwriting Letters.
• Scanning, filing and archival of documents.
• Printing/Photocopying/Labelling/Binding of proposal and renewal reports.
• Generate slips (Quotation slop / Proposal to Client / Placement Slip / Cover Note)
• Update/Sort/Pivot excel data (E.g. Employee listing claim statistics).
• Customer due diligence check on clients.
• Use of Document Management System/Sharepoint.
• Prepare presentation slides.
• Any other general/admin duties assigned from time to time.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

· Minimum GCE 'O' Level.

· Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
