3. Job Overview
Responsible for managing the financial operations of the company in Singapore and
other overseas bases, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of financial operations. The role includes managing the daily financial operations of the base and effectively coordinating and supporting various functional blocks of the headquarters. This includes tasks such as cash flow management, local bank loans, accounting for business transactions, cost and expense analysis, budget management, tax filing, audit coordination, and more.
4. Job Responsibilities
1. Finance Department Management: Fully responsible for managing the finance departments of overseas bases, reviewing financial statements, financial reports, financial analyses, and other financial matters to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations.
2. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop financial plans and budgets based on the
company’s development strategy and business needs, and oversee their implementation to ensure the achievement of financial objectives.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial data analysis, proficient in various
financial analysis tools, and provide comprehensive and high-quality analytical reports and recommendations to support company decision-making.
4. Tax and Financial Management: Proficient in tax and financial practices, capable of
handling complex tax and financial issues, ensuring timely completion of all tax filings and compliance work.
5. Cost Management: Responsible for developing and implementing cost control strategies, analyzing cost structures, optimizing cost management processes, and improving the overall operational efficiency and profitability of the company.
6. Business-Finance Integration: Promote deep integration between business and finance,
assist business departments in optimizing financial indicators, and support overall business development while enhancing financial management efficiency.
5. Job Responsibilities
1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance,
accounting, or related fields.
2. Work Experience:
① Over 10 years of financial management experience, particularly in medium to large manufacturing companies as a Finance Manager.
② Familiar with the financial and tax policies of Singapore and other overseas regions, with cross-border financial management experience.
3. Core Competencies:
① Strategic vision and management insight, excellent financial analysis skills, communication skills, and team management abilities.
② Strong financial ethics,
capable of maintaining high standards of professional conduct in complex environments.
