Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$111,400 - S$150,800. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant’s location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends.

We are looking for a Finance & HR Executive who loves numbers as well as anything related to employees’ well beings. In this position, you will be working closely with our sales team to generate contracts and invoices for our clients. You will also be handling the account receivables and payables of the company, as well as supporting our HR functions.

• Generating contracts and invoices for our clients
• Monitoring of incoming payment
• Sending payment reminders to our clients
• Preparing monthly P&L report for our management team
• Assisting with recruitment processes such as arranging and scheduling of interviews
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities
• Managing employee records as well as inventory matters
• Answer clients' inquiries via email, live-chat, messages and calls
• Updating company's CRM system
• Administrative work

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines

Probation Period:

This position includes a 6 months probationary period to assess mutual compatibility within the job role.

Job Description:

· All Work Injury Compensation and medical types of claims such as the Group Hospital & Surgical, Employees Benefit, Foreign Worker Medical, Domestic Maid and Outpatient claims.

· Claim processing including data entry and assessment.

· To conduct investigation as necessary.

· To negotiate settlement with claimants and/or solicitors.

· To provide administrative support to prepare monthly statistics and report.

· To manage telephone enquiries and complaints and attend to walk-in-claimants.

· To provide claims handling service to clients and business partners.

· To be the liaison with any authority as required under the scope.

· To provide guidance to junior staff.

· Any other jobs assigned by the Company/HOD/Section Manager.

Requirement:

· Claim handling experience: 5 years and above.

· Experience with WIC, GHS, foreign worker, foreign domestic maid and outpatient claims in an insurance company setting will be an added advantage.

· Customer centric, meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment.

· Must be able to work independently and as a team.

· Good negotiation skills.

· Certificate in Health Insurance, Commercial General insurance, Personal General Insurance is a must.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the English and Mandarin Speaking Associates and also, to negotiate settlement with English and Mandarin speaking solicitors.
