Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the ERP system, including data migration and parallel run testing to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Handle daily accounting operations for AR and AP, not limited to data entry, issuing of invoices and processing of suppliers’ invoices

• Ensuring payment to suppliers in accordance to company’s policy and responding to suppliers’ queries timely

Support the Finance department with their day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties. The primary work focuses on the accounts payable function. In addition, the finance executive will assist in system implementation, support tax, audit and accounting closing etc.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Verify accounts payable records, process invoices and payments, and perform Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance is preferred

• Minimum 4 years working experience in similar capacity preferably in manufacturing industry with management experience

• Able to communicate and liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts including the ones in China

• Good knowledge of accounting standards

• Good knowledge of Singapore labour and employment laws is advantages

• Proactive, organized, meticulous, able to work independently with minimal supervision

• MS Office proficiency, familiar with Infotech or SQL software is an advantage
