· Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its subsidiaries

· Record and manage transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs

· Prepare and ensure the monthly financial and analytical reports are completed on a timely basis for review (income statement, balance sheet and the cash flow statement)

· Prepare and manage intercompany transactions, reconciliation and settlement

· Manage credit control and perform bank reconciliations and collection

Requirements

· Diploma/ Tertiary qualifications in supply chain/logistics.

· At least 3 to 5 years of ocean freight forwarding experience, preferably in pricing procurement.

- To ensure smooth month end close with timely and accurate submission including areas covering General Accounting.

- Ensure tax compliance, which includes reviewing of GST, corporate tax, budget and forecasts.

- Preparation of payment to vendors, profit/loss reports.

- Responsible for the HR including job recruitment, talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training.

- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, and other government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/renewal.

- Coordinate on corporate secretarial matters.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree of Accounting / Finance with 3 years of relevant experience.
