Primary Purpose of the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Supervision:Lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve business objectives.
  Foster a positive and motivating work environment to improve productivity.
  Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and provide guidance.
  
• Strategic Planning & Goal Setting:Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals.
  Set specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for the team.
  Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
  
• Performance Management:Monitor and evaluate employee performance; provide constructive feedback.
  Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs as needed.
  Address and resolve any performance-related issues or team conflicts.
  
• Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
  Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.
  Coordinate resources, including staffing and materials, to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
   
2. Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
   Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving targets.
   Experience in [industry-specific] operations is preferred.
