Job Descriptions

• Manage Technical Operation Team’s day-to-day operations (i.e. repair work, routine servicing, maintenance & T&C processes)
• Manage customer’s expectation, quality service deliverables and establish good rapport for long term relationship
• Manage department resources to ensure continuous smooth operations
• Monitor and conduct review on department manpower competency level
• Ensure continuous training/improvement plan is in place across the Technical team
• Ensure regular review of equipment refresh for customers

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree and above in Mechanical & Electrical or relevant discipline
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in managerial position
• Excellent knowledge of M&E services with a relevant qualification
• Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred
• Green Mark certification or equivalent certification
• LEW certification an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and meticulous
• Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred
