What You’ll Do

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Seat guests and manage seating chart and monitor outlet activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Ensure all enquiries are answered in a courteous, friendly, informative, and prompt manner
• Take down reservations via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins
• Manage flow of reservations, including answering phone calls, messages, and email enquiries, welcoming reservations, calling late guests, onsite problem solving, taking in walk-ins, maintaining house rules with guests, etc.
• Ensure seamless running of the outlet in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest service standards.

Responsibilities:

· Develop & manage a high performing sales & FAE team for Renesas in South East Asia for the automotive segment

· Account coverage for key OEMs, Tier 1 & multinational accounts in the region

· Exceed KPIs including sales out, revenue & design ins for all products in including SOCs, MCUs, Analog, Power & Connectivity products.

· Build strong direct relationships with R&D & procurement teams at key OEMs, local Tier 1 and multinational accounts

· New business development in emerging countries in South East Asia

· Provide accurate & punctual forecasting on a monthly basis

· Manage and administer sales enquiries promptly and professionally

· Conduct product presentations and propose solutions to customers’ requirements

· Coordinate all sales opportunities with FAEs and Business Units

Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Marketing, or other relevant disciplines

· Minimum 5-8 years of related experience in Sales Industry with relevant technical background in automotive segment

· Strong leadership, people management, planning and prioritization skills

· Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills

· Excellent team player, interpersonal, strong communication and influencing skills

Preschool Centre Manager

Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary: $4,000-$6,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee an established childcare centre to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Oversee scheduling and planning of staff scheduling and child’s daily routine to ensure well-­being of the children in center
• Work closely with external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and best support
