Roles and responsibilities

• Supervising of overall work activities at site.

• Monitor site and ensure work progress area in accordance to drawings and schedule.

• Responsible for the installation works for workers.

• Organize work effectively and efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects by ensuring the installation works are on time/on schedule.

Giro Deduction and Administration Responsibilities:

• Keep good record of all GIRO documents and filing

• Generate and maintain deduction schedules using the latest data and approved lists.
• Enter GIRO deductions into the bank portal for each corporate client.

Admin fee payment responsibilities:

• Populate admin fees based on approved listing provided by operation team

• Verify payment details and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in financial systems
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to admin fee payments promptly

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the collation and consolidation of monthly financials in Group Finance and maintaining the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) Business Planning and Consolidation Financial Consolidation System. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of the S/4HANA Financial Management and Manufacturing (FIMM) project, including requirements gathering, UAT and liaising with Institution Finance for feedback. We'll also look to you to conduct reviews on accounting policies, initiate and drive continuous process improvements, internal controls and system enhancements.

Finance Executive (3 months contract - convertible)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Accounts Payable function which include verification and recording of invoice and payment processing
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role holder will be responsible for Treasury function within MINDS, overseeing some Accounts Payable functions and supporting Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in providing a reliable and responsive Financial Planning and Analysis function across the Organisation to facilitate effective decision making.The role holder will be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate, relevant management information to all levels of management and regularly reviewing this information. This will include provision of monthly reports, critical review and interpretation of results and value-add analysis.

Financial Planning and Forecast:

Support Senior Manager FP&A in:

• budget planning, forecast and review exercise across MINDS, including annual budget & workplan and mid-year review
• Ensure adequacy, timeliness and accuracy of periodic Management reports
• Participate in business cases, review assumption and financial calculations for proposals• costing and development of pricing models

Accounts Payable:

• Oversee all corporate card reporting and reconciliation process
