8. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of work progress, material usage, and any changes to the project scope is essential. Supervisors may be responsible for maintaining project documentation for future reference or audits.
9. Training and Development: Supervisors may be involved in training new team members, providing guidance on tiling techniques, safety procedures, and best practices to ensure that the team performs at its best.
10. Budget Management: Supervisors may be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that the project stays within budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements

-Serves as the link between direct reports and middle / upper management.

-Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, utilizing knowledge of production processes and methods, machine and equipment capabilities, and human resource requirements and capabilities.

-Makes decisions on job assignments and work priorities

-Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and downtime.

-Responsible for equipment condition and department housekeeping

-Researches, complies and prepares reports, correspondence, and other information required by management, as well as, identifies and resolves report discrepancies or errors.

-Works with employees to maintain a safe work environment. Leads and supports direct reports to work in a safe manner and to seek improvements in work practices.

-Ensures that product quality and production efficiencies meet or exceed established standards.

-Examines procedures and recommends changes to save time, labor, and other costs and to improve quality control and operating efficiency.

-Observes direct reports to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

-Verifies completeness and accuracy of direct reports’ work, computations, and records.

-Participates in work of direct reports to facilitate productivity or overcome difficult aspects of work.

-Must be able to work night shift or split shift
-Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Responsibilities include:
-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliceny.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
-resolving of conflicts in a professional way
