Responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform independent Client Onboarding KYC due diligence functions of new and existing clients across a variety of teams including private bankers, operations and compliance.

1. Generate data-driven hypotheses to solve key Product/Business problems

Contribute in development of tax control framework and processes to drive accuracy and efficiency in the direct tax compliance delivery.
• Indirect Tax: Preparing and reviewing GST returns prior to submission to IRAS. Conducting GST health checks on GST returns. Reviewing and providing advice on GST compliance processes. Assist in tax audits and queries from tax authorities. Assist Deputy Finance Manager in relation to Transfer Pricing compliance including planning of comprehensive tax and transfer pricing strategies for local and regional portfolios.
• Change management and growth opportunities: Support and shadow the Deputy Finance Manager for transformation and growth projects, e.g. but not limited to new business new ventures/expansion, supporting through providing finance and tax advice and initiatives to adopt new tax legislations and controls, mitigate risks and project managing implementation of new systems and digital transformation.

Skills and Requirements

• A degree in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and expertise across the spectrum of Finance/Tax competences with solid foundation in tax reporting / compliance, financial accounting, operational accounting and reporting, and working knowledge of IT systems implementations. Finance professional qualification and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Confident in managing large and complex data sets in Excel and in a wider digital environment. Able to assess data, extract insights from financial and accounting software and navigate between different types of digital tools to produce results. Continuously learning new and better ways to manage and analyze data to support business outcomes.
• They are an effective communicator with ability to gain the confidence of various internal and external parties building on strong knowledge and understanding of the business drivers, value and risk. Position Overview

The BI Analyst – AI and Machine Learning will play a crucial part in automating and optimizing our processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and drive innovation in our operations. Reporting to the BI Development Manager, the BI Analyst is responsible for the design, development, testing, debugging and documentation of AI solutions. The incumbent ought to have a strong technical background and an aptitude for incorporating business domain knowledge into their work. He/she interacts frequently with business stakeholders and communicates technical information in easy to understand terms to team members, internal stakeholders and the management team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize various processes within the semiconductor distribution operations.
• Design and deploy AI solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in developing and deploying AI solutions, with a focus on machine learning techniques.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Java, with proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Key Responsibilities

• The analyst will perform monitoring, research, assessment and analysis on alerts from various security tools, including firewalls, antivirus systems, user behavior analytics tools, proxy devices and SIEM tools, etc. which requires demonstrable security incident response and/or insider threat experience.
• Recommend and review new use cases for insider threat monitoring
• Follow pre-defined actions to investigate security incidents or perform incident response actions, including escalating to other support groups.

• Ability to read and understand packet level data; Experience with user behavior analytics, DLP, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and host security products (HIPS, AV, EDR, etc)
• Certifications from EC-Council, GIAC, or (ISC)² are preferred [CISSP, C|EH, GCIA, CCNA].
