We are looking for a Financial Controller who will help drive the growth by providing financial stewardship and analytical insights into key financial and operational performance metrics. This role will be a strategic partner to the business to assist in evaluating operational processes and support planning / forecasting. Financial Controller will manage the company's plans and forecasts, at the same time advising top management on capital allocation and strategic direction. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to dive deep into the foundational building blocks for all departments. You must be able to analyse financial results, understand key trends, variances, assess current and future business risks. You will manage weekly, monthly and quarterly management reporting and reviews. The Financial Controller will spearhead business process transformation, process improvements, implementation, and process automation projects. Besides financial planning, you will need to conduct critical analysis for the most strategic decisions made by management and provide relevant counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting - Maintain accurate financial accounts and records for all business entities with supporting documentation. This also includes compliance including but not limited to taxation;
• Financial Planning and Analysis - Providing business insights by preparing financial reports to roll out individual budgets;
• Policies and Procedures - Assist in formalizing and implementation on all the current and new policies and procedures with finance relevant;
• Independent and entrepreneurial - Show the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
• Finance controllership – Enhance on process, compliance, governance and Opex;
• Mentorship – Provide guidance to develop our existing finance team.
• Implement the security mechanisms in accordance with procedures/guidelines

• Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university with professional qualifications accredited in Singapore;
• 7 or more years of Experience in accounting, budgeting/planning, internal audit and finance operations;
• Exceptional business judgment capable of driving a diverse organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic approach;
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership;
• Strong management skills having managed diverse finance teams across the region;
• Proven project management ability that demonstrates organizational and problem-solving skills that lead to a successful conclusion;
• Experience with data analytics, able to surface organization risks for attention, make evidence-based decisions, challenge the status quo and lead in process innovation;
• Experience in preparing/handling group consolidation, especially one with multiple subsidiaries across the world;
• Working knowledge of US GAAP;

The SAP ERP domain technical business analyst plays an important role in bridging the technical and business aspects. This role involves understanding current ERP related business processes and assist the DnA team with respect to SAP ECC and future S/4HANA intricacies, collaborate with business on requirements gathering for new use case projects and support production operations team on-demand.

Domain and BA Expertise

• Possess knowledge of SAP and/or S/4HANA ERP modules and functionalities
• Have experience as SAP Technical BA role supporting functions such as Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply chain etc.
• Understand business processes and workflows.
• Analyze how SAP data impacts business operations and decision-making.
• Experience on projects related to some of the use cases such as   procurement analytics, Supply chain analytics, BOM analysis, Enterprise finance performance reports, product and customer segmentation analysis reports, Inventory management etc.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

• Assist new DnA use cases/projects gathering detailed functional and technical requirements from business users and/or Infineum functional consultants
• Understand the data sources, structure, and relationships within the SAP for the use case requested modules
• Analyze and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

DnA technical team collaboration for ETL/ELT and BI development

• Collaborate with data modeler defining conceptual, logical and physical enterprise data warehouse model for SAP data
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data mapping, extraction methods , transformation rules and presentation layer business logic
• Collaborate with Powe BI developers on business logic development/testing
• Assist the DnA team to define data quality rules and Implementing data masking, anonymization, and access controls as needed

DnA support and operations

• Assist DnA Ops team in Identifying and troubleshoot data-related issues, collaborating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Assist the team on Implementing preventive measures to avoid recurring data problems.

Data Quality and Governance

• Work with data governance and business teams to establish data quality standards and compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational data governance policies

Technical Solution Design

• Collaborate with data engineers and architects on the solution documentation. Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and standards.

Testing and Validation

• Develop test scenarios and validate data processes.  Participate in system and integration testing.

Documentation and Training

• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.  Provide training and support to end users and DnA team on-demand.

Communication and Collaboration

• Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.   Collaborate with cross functional and wider Portfolio teams on-demand.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong SAP Technical BA experience with core understanding of ECC/HANA systems and modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply chain etc.
• Proficiency in data integration concepts, ETL processes, and data transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies is a plus.

What an Analyst, Unified Checkout does at Visa:

As an Analyst operating within the Unified Checkout team, you will work with the Director and Head of Unified Checkout to define, articulate and respond to strategic, commercial, technical, and ecosystem implications related to online commerce. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups in our AP markets and regional hub to understand market requirements and provide updates on our online commerce platforms. Your main accountabilities will include:

• Identifying, understanding, and narrating key insights and trends that will inform our client facing stakeholders, including presentation materials, case studies, best practice guides, reports, and webinars.

• Proposing and defining technical or commercial solutions, based on our teams’ insights and strategy, to solve problems or to leverage opportunities in markets.

• Working with market teams to develop, track, and deliver on our shared objectives and outcomes including agreements, rules and guides, pricing and exceptions.

 There are two key initiatives that you will be instrumental in delivering:

• Over the last decade, Visa has invested heavily in digital platforms including Visa Token Service and Visa Click to Pay. Over the last 24-36 months the AP region has focused on delivering and scaling digital solutions for stored credentials. Over the next 24-36 months the AP region will focus on delivering and scaling digital solutions for guest checkout. As a result you will participate in a program of work to significantly scale Click to Pay and other Visa Secure Remote Commerce solutions in key markets and across the region. You will contribute to developing and delivering sales and distribution assets, working with markets to define effective initiatives or programs, and defining and delivering platform enhancements to address market needs.
• Value added products and services represent an opportunity to differentiate our business in the market, delivering meaningful benefits to our clients, and creating non-core revenue streams for Visa. Your role will also include working with Design and Architecture, and Regional Solutions teams to project manage the product development of Click to Pay and related value added services.
